Ava's 5th birthday party

Since Ava's birthday fell between my sister's wedding and her dad's wedding, we had a little pizza/present/cake party at our house for our families.  A big thank you to everyone who drove up on a Monday to celebrate!  Ava's theme was Doc McStuffins, which is a show she watches on Disney Junior.  She got a lot of really cool gifts this year!  Thank you thank you!!!

{how tall this fall} {pumpkin patch}

 Here are a few pics from our annual trip to Carolyn's Country Cousins in Liberty, MO.  It was a blistering 40 degrees and rainy, but we still managed to have some fun!  Can't wait to go back next year, take Cinderella, and get some more pumpkin donuts!  Mmmmmmmm :)
