 This might not interest some of you, but on our trip, we went down to Navy Pier and took an architectural boat cruise throughout the Chicago River.  Here are some of the sights :)

 we went to the movies, big blended family style, and took the kids to see despicable me 2.  can you believe aiden sat QUIETLY through the entire thing?
