Day 4

Day 3 - Aiden goes home!

After 48 loooong hours in the hospital (not including labor!), it was finally time to bring Aiden home on Wednesday.  Here are a few pictures from this special day!

 In all seriousness, we probably could've just walked home from the hospital.. but that wouldn't be as fun!

 My husband is seriously amazing.  Twice while we were in the hospital, James left to go let Lucy goosy out, round on his patients, and get edible food.  What he was REALLY doing.. was decorating the house for when we came home.  Is that sweet or what?

and yeah, our yard was awful.. but has bounced back nicely.

Hi, I'm Aiden!

I was born on my daddy's birthday: Monday, May 28, 2012 at 2:06 pm. I weighed 7 lbs 5 oz and was 19.5 inches long. My family says I'm perfect! Check back for more later :)

Baby Shower!

Yesterday, my sisters threw us the most amazing baby shower.  It was truly spectacular.   We played games, ate some of the most delicious foods and had just good 'ol family time.  Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, to all of our family who came and helped us celebrate.  We are blessed beyond belief to have your love and support!
We would also like to thank my parents for their generosity and hospitality.  My dad made some of the most kick ass ribs you could ever imagine, and my mom is really the best hostess (hostess with the mostest!) of all time.  Thank you to Steph and Dani for planning and organizing the event.  You did an amazing job and we couldn't have imagined any more beautiful decorations, food/sweets (Steph's future business!), games, or fun. 
I apologize for the lack of pictures - I was having too much fun :)
